Couples cope better when they understand what is happening to them. Embrya was set up to give them that understanding.
Shrushti is an embryologist at an IVF centre in Mumbai. She works in the andrology and embryology labs and counsels patients. Her published research looks at non-invasive ways to assess embryos.

Questions people often ask
Is Embrya a replacement for my fertility doctor?
No. Embrya offers guidance and education. We help you understand your situation, your reports and your options so that your conversations with your doctor are clearer. Diagnosis and treatment decisions always stay with your treating specialist.
Who will I speak with?
Every consultation is with Shrushti Kanani, a clinical embryologist with a Master’s in Clinical Embryology who works in an IVF laboratory.
Can I book an online consultation?
Yes. Consultations are available by video call anywhere in India, and in person in Mumbai. Short follow-up questions can be handled on WhatsApp.
What should I bring?
Any reports you already have, such as semen analysis, hormone tests, scan reports, embryo grading or ART summaries, and a list of your questions. If you don’t have reports yet, that’s fine too.
Can men or couples book together?
Yes. Many sessions are with couples, and male fertility guidance is one of our core services. Both partners are welcome.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Your reports and conversations are kept private and are never shared without your permission.
